A great exercise for increasing outer hip and arm muscle endurance while improving condtioning. Stand on the band with feet hip with apart while holding onto it with both hands. Jump legs apart landing on the balls of your feet while you simulateously perform and curl with your arms. Jump back to starting positon while still landing on the balls of your feet, repeating this motion quickly. While jumping your feet back in, don't let your feet come closer than shoulder width apart.
