Greetings Team, My apologies for the late race report. Right after the race I had all the moving stuff to deal with and relocating business so I was swamped. Just wanted to do my part to contribute to the EFRT podium count this year. Managed a 3rd place overall at:

Comments:
Did not wear wet suit in order to have a faster transition. Long run from swim into transition area. Didn't put on socks for bike. Best transition to date but still room for improvement. A little winded. Shoes did not go on super smoothly, fumbled with helmet a little.

take off cap and goggles while running into transition area.

Comments:
First race on powercranks. Only passed by one person, race winner Sam Morgan. Knew I was riding well, riding hard. 21.4 average pace well above my previous best on this course (20.3).

Just didn't have it mentally or physically. Actually stopped at the aid station (1 mile mark) to drink. No killer instinct, just running to finish. Very slow.
