The ride goes through Live Oak, hits the "Wall," turns at historic Cooks Corner, climbs up and down into Santiago Canyon (site of the 2008 Elite and U23 Nationals) and carves through narrow Silverado Canyon.

You'll get the perfect blend of flats, rollers, climbs and some intervals tossed in to make this an ideal and realistic road training session. This training ride will help you build power, strength and keep your legs and lungs primed for making sure you can stay lean and strong year-round.
